Interesting Start.

So, our first meal in Japan was in my mind wonderful. I had to bale on my seafood dish since I couldn't track down Miso paste... anyway, the Japanese Ginger Pork was restaurant-worthy, seriously. Hats off to Chef Andrew! We used chopsticks brought back from Mimi & Zadie's trip to China (close to Japan:) Elie wasn't quite thrilled with the Asian Sesame Soba Noodles, however. Lets just say she is changing her pick of countries next week to America...hhmm. I think she was scared off by my mention of the Asian Turkey Chili that's on the menu tomorrow!

  1. you need to find Miso paste as it is awesome on sea bass on the grill I have a great recipe look up chinese or asian grocery store
